1. Taraflar ve kapsam
Bu koşullar, bireysel yazılım geliştirici Sabahettin Taşır ("Hallettik", "biz") tarafından sunulan Hallettik mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. Hizmet
Hallettik; görev, alışveriş listesi, fatura ve gider takibini tek başına (bireysel alan) veya aile ve ekip gruplarıyla birlikte yapmanı sağlar. Fiş ve fatura okuma gibi bazı özellikler fotoğrafın otomatik işlenmesini içerir ve sonuçları her zaman kontrol etmen gerekir.
3. Hesap
- Kayıt için geçerli bir e-posta adresi ve şifre gerekir; bilgilerin doğru olmalı.
- Hesabının ve şifrenin güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
- 13 yaşından küçükler hesap açamaz. 18 yaşından küçükler, Uygulamayı velisinin izniyle kullanır.
- Hesabını dilediğin zaman Ayarlar › Hesabımı sil bölümünden silebilirsin.
4. Gruplar
- Bireysel kullanım ücretsizdir. Aile veya ekip grubu kurmak için paket satın alınır.
- Grubu kuran kişi (kurucu) grubun yöneticisidir; üyeleri davet eder, çıkarır ve grubu silebilir.
- Silinen grup tüm üyelerden gizlenir ve kurucu tarafından 90 gün içinde geri getirilebilir; sonra kalıcı olarak silinebilir.
- Kurucu hesabını silerse grup herkes için pasif olur ve üyelere bildirim gönderilir.
- Gruba eklediğin içerikleri grubun diğer üyeleri görebilir. Başkalarına ait kişisel bilgileri gruba eklerken onların bilgisi olduğundan emin olmalısın.
5. Paketler ve ödemeler
- Paketler App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır; ödeme ve faturalandırma ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir.
- Paketler seçilen süre için tek seferlik satın alımdır ve otomatik olarak yenilenmez.
- İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade süreci üzerinden yapılır. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'dan doğan hakların saklıdır.
- Paket süresi dolan grubun verileri silinmez; yeni üye, fotoğraf ve rapor gibi özellikler paket yenilenene kadar kısıtlanır.
6. Kullanım kuralları
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı içerik paylaşmak, başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek, sistemin güvenliğini bozmak veya hizmeti kötüye kullanmak için kullanamazsın. Bu durumlarda hesabın askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
7. İçerikler
Uygulamaya eklediğin içeriklerin sahibi sensin. Bu içerikleri yalnızca hizmeti sana ve grubuna sunmak için işleriz. Kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiği KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde anlatılır.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulamayı kesintisiz ve hatasız sunmak için çalışırız ancak bunu garanti edemeyiz. Hatırlatmaların, fiş okuma sonuçlarının ve gider özetlerinin doğruluğunu kontrol etmek sana aittir. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama içinde duyururuz; güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
11. İletişim
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Sorted (Hallettik) mobile app provided by independent developer Sabahettin Taşır. By creating an account you accept them.
2. The service
The app lets you track tasks, shopping lists, bills and spending on your own (personal space) or together with family and team groups. Receipt and bill reading processes photos automatically; always check the results.
3. Your account
- You need a valid e-mail address and password, and the information you give must be accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, use the app with your parent's or guardian's permission.
- You can delete your account at any time under Settings › Delete account.
4. Groups
- Personal use is free. Creating a family or team group requires a pack.
- The founder manages the group: invites and removes members and can delete the group.
- A deleted group is hidden from all members; the founder can restore it within 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- If the founder deletes their account, the group becomes inactive for everybody and members are notified.
- Other members can see what you add to a group. Make sure people whose information you add know about it.
5. Packs and payments
- Packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's terms.
- Packs are one-time purchases for the chosen period and do not renew automatically.
- Refunds go through the store's refund process. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- When a pack expires, the group's data is kept; adding people, photos and reports is limited until it is renewed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to compromise security or to abuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Your content
You own what you add. We process it only to provide the service to you and your groups. See the Privacy Notice for how personal data is handled.
8. Liability
We work to keep the app available and correct but cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for checking reminders, receipt readings and spending summaries. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are competent for consumer disputes.
